• Make vegan cheese, specifically blue and brie
• Use my new pens (I got a set of 40 colors) on my new coloring books
• Peruse my new plant-based Italian cookbook
• Put the mud coat up on the fireplace
• Stucoflex the fireplace
• Have coffee with my husband...at a coffee shop
• Travel to Yellostone, St. George to visit friends, and Aitutaki (for the entire summer)
• Take a walk
• Make a coconut flan
• Try a new recipe
• Finish reading my book
• Sleep in and have a spa day on my birthday!
